Built to be filled in, not just read
Know your numbers
Work out your break-even cost per customer and per lead, so every result has context.
Plan your campaigns
Copy the exact Meta and Google structures from the lessons into your own accounts.
Keep it running
A 30-minute weekly routine and a test log so you improve one decision at a time.
Career track record of the operators behind the playbook. These are not student results.
What you’ll fill in.
Eight working tools, in the order you use them: get ready, write the ads, launch, then read the numbers.
Ad-Ready Checklist
Check your offer, your numbers and your tracking before any money goes into ads.
Your Numbers worksheet
Write down your break-even cost per customer and per lead, so every result has context.
Messaging Builder
Write three hooks, two versions of your main ad text and one clear offer line from your customers’ own words.
Meta Campaign Blueprint
One campaign, one or two ad sets, three to six ads, and a budget big enough to learn. Build it in draft first.
Google Search Blueprint
List fifteen buyer keywords and fifteen negative keywords, then draft one Search campaign.
The Metric Ladder
Diagnose a weak campaign step by step instead of guessing which number to fix.
Weekly Routine & Test Log
A focused 30-minute weekly review, and a log so you test one thing at a time.
Plain-English Glossary
The ad terms you meet in the lessons and in your accounts, in plain English.
Five short lessons walk you through every page
Each lesson ends with one piece of homework from the playbook, so you finish with a working plan, not just notes. About 14 minutes of video in total, with transcripts.
Before you download
Is the playbook really free?
Yes. The playbook, the five lessons and the transcripts are free. You only enter your name and email so we can send you the download link and new lessons.
I’ve run ads before and they didn’t work. Is this still for me?
Yes. The playbook starts with the foundations, your offer, your numbers and your tracking, which is where most results are held back. The Metric Ladder then helps you find what to fix in a campaign that is already running.
Do I need any ads experience?
No. Every page is written to be filled in by a business owner, and the free training walks you through each one.
Why not just hire someone to run my ads?
While budgets are small, running your own ads keeps costs low, shows you what works for your business and makes you a far better judge of marketing help later. Once you’re spending around $3k–$5k+ a month, expert management usually pays for itself. That figure is a guideline, not a guarantee.
Which platforms does it cover?
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Search.
