Refund & Service Policy

I Can Learn Ads (“I Can Learn Ads,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a coaching and education program operated by Spencer Digital LLC, a limited liability company based in Los Angeles, California. This policy explains what we provide, what is free and how fees and refunds work for coaching.

1. Free resources

The on-demand training, lesson transcripts, the Ad-Ready Playbook and Insights articles are free. No payment information is collected for them, so no refunds apply.

2. Nothing is sold on this website

We do not sell products or take payments through icanlearnads.com. There is no automatic checkout, subscription or recurring charge on this Site.

3. Coaching

Coaching is available by application and after a call with Steven Spencer. If you decide to join, we will provide a written agreement or order confirmation before you pay. It will state the coaching format, what is included, the schedule, the total fees, payment terms, how to cancel and the refund terms that apply. You will not be charged for coaching unless you have accepted those written terms.

4. How coaching is delivered

• Coaching is educational. You run your own ad accounts and make your own decisions; we review, explain and advise.
• Sessions are scheduled in advance. If you need to reschedule, give as much notice as you can, using the method set out in your agreement.
• Materials shared during coaching are for your own business use and are covered by our Terms of Use.

5. Refunds for coaching

Refund eligibility for coaching is set out in your written coaching agreement. If your agreement does not address a situation, contact us and we will work with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.

6. Results

Coaching fees pay for education and guidance, not for a particular advertising outcome. Ad spend you pay to Meta, Google or any other platform is paid directly by you to that platform and is not refundable by us. See our Terms of Use for details.

7. Done-for-you services

Done-for-you advertising management is provided by Spencer Digital under its own separate agreements and policies, available at spencerdigital.llc.

8. Questions or billing concerns

Email us with your name, the email you used and a description of the issue. We aim to respond promptly and to resolve concerns fairly.
