I Can Learn Ads (“I Can Learn Ads,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a coaching and education program operated by Spencer Digital LLC, a limited liability company based in Los Angeles, California. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through icanlearnads.com and related pages (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Training, playbook and newsletter sign-ups: your first name, email address and email consent.
- Coaching applications: your name, email, optional mobile phone number, business name, website, and your answers about your business, revenue range, advertising, goals, budget, time and readiness.
- Contact, speaking, press, partnership and “work with us” forms: your name, email and the details you choose to include, such as your organization, event details, links and message.
- Calls you book: when you schedule a call, the scheduling service collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email and any answers to its questions.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and service providers automatically receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit. We also store short-lived information in your browser’s session storage so the coaching application can carry your answers from one step to the next. That information is cleared when you close the browser tab.
We do not currently use advertising pixels or third-party advertising cookies on the Site. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so and provide any choices required by law.
2. How we use information
- To deliver what you request, such as the free training, the Ad-Ready Playbook and articles by email.
- To review coaching applications, determine fit, schedule calls and communicate with you about coaching.
- To respond to messages, speaking requests, press and partnership inquiries and expressions of interest in working with us.
- To send occasional educational and program emails if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To send text messages only if you separately opted in, as described in our SMS Terms.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Site, and to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers that help us run the Site and the program, such as website hosting and database providers, email providers and our scheduling provider (Calendly). They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Spencer Digital, the agency operated by the same company, if you ask about done-for-you advertising services or your application indicates you would prefer them.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of you, us or others.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
4. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, for example while you remain subscribed or while an application or coaching relationship is active, and afterwards as needed to meet legal, accounting and record-keeping requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
5. Your choices
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Access, correction and deletion: email us and we will respond as described below.
6. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have the right, subject to certain exceptions, to: know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes and the categories of recipients; request deletion of your personal information; request correction of inaccurate information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it); limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for purposes that require this right); and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
The categories of personal information we collect are identifiers (such as name, email and phone number), commercial and professional information you provide about your business, and internet activity information (such as technical data about your visit). We collect it from you directly and automatically from your device, for the purposes described in Section 2, and disclose it to the categories of recipients in Section 3.

Email us to make a request. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the subject “Privacy appeal.”
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
