SMS Terms

I Can Learn Ads (“I Can Learn Ads,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a coaching and education program operated by Spencer Digital LLC, a limited liability company based in Los Angeles, California. These SMS Terms describe the I Can Learn Ads text messaging program and apply if you opt in to receive text messages from us.

1. Opting in

You can opt in by entering your mobile number in our coaching application and checking the separate, optional box agreeing to receive text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not required to apply for or buy coaching or any other service.

2. What we send

Program name: I Can Learn Ads. Messages relate to your coaching application and calls, such as confirmations, reminders, scheduling and follow-up questions. We do not send texts unless you have opted in.

3. Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies based on your application and scheduled calls. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How to opt out or get help

  • Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed and will then stop texting you unless you opt in again.
  • Reply HELP to any message for help, or email steven.spencer@spencerdigital.llc.

5. Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to send the messages you asked for and is shared only with service providers that deliver those messages for us. See our Privacy Policy for more.

6. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up your number, reply STOP first or tell us so we can remove it.

7. Changes

We may change these SMS Terms or end the program at any time. We will post updates on this page.
